Hello! I am Kristen Morgan- a girl in her 30's (when did that happen?!?) and a laugh enthusiast who's world revolves around my "sonshine". I love things made from paper, the water, Mexican food with margaritas, flip-flop weather and iPhone-tography. I also love "real" cameras, which is where this website comes in to play. I'm the owner of LanierStar Photography and a full-time photographer based in the St. Augustine / Jacksonville, FL area.

LanierStar photographs Weddings and Portraits throughout North and Central Florida, and SE Georgia. I'm also available for travel. My personality is fun and laid back, which helps people feel comfortable around me. At the same time my years spent managing businesses ensures that your experience will be positive and professional. My photography style is candid, using photojournalism to capture you in real life. Then I combine that with artistic portraiture and an attention to details to fully capture your day.

Here are some shots from The Photo Nook we set up for Kelly & Imran’s wedding. This was a crazy fun group, so I’m glad we were there to capture some of it.

If you are wondering… The Photo Nook is like a photo booth- only not as small and a lot more fun! We set up a portrait area that is manned by a LanierStar employee. All images are put online for your guests and the newlyweds receive a book of the images. Talk to us about setting one up for your wedding or event!

Holy crap! These are hilarious!!! I highly recommend the photo booth for future brides and grooms. My family and friends are hysterical and it was the perfect opportunity for them to show their personality. We also had the opportunity to capture some pure moments of laughter and fun. We had the most perfect wedding filled with love, laugh, and photographs! Thanks Kristen!!! We love you….

I don’t know how your wedding could possibly have been improved upon. Every aspect was top drawer but most especially the people involved. Imran was a handsome groom impeccably turned out and Kelly was stunningly beautiful. Thanks for letting us share your very special day.
