Welcome to the 2010 Edition of “Getting to Know Your Friends”.

1) What is your full name? Kristen Lanier Morgan
2) Where do you live? Jacksonville, FL
3) What do you do for work? I am a wedding and portrait photographer at LanierStar Photography- my company. :)
4) Are you married? With children? Yes, wife to Jay and Mama to Jett.
5) What time did you get up this morning? 8:00 AM
6) Fave adult beverage? Corona with extra lime or a margarita
7) What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Alvin & the Chipmunks- The Squeakquel ( a far cry from what I’d have gone to see a couple years ago…)
8)What is your favorite TV show? I really can’t keep up with TV. I always forget when things come on. I have an alarm on my phone set for Project Runway and still missed the last 2 episodes- haha. I usually only have it on so my son can watch a show. However I watch TV on Netflix and am currently making my way through Dexter. I love watching things at my pace.
9) What do you usually have for breakfast? Coffee, but I think I’m going to switch to tea.
10) What food do you dislike? I’m pretty open minded, but it’s safe to say that I’m not a fan of organs. :P
11) Name the first 7 bands if you shuffle your ipod/itunes: Led Zeppelin, The Smiths, Stevie Wonder, The Beatles, My Bloody Valentine, Wu Tang Clan, Bad Religion
12) What characteristic do you despise? ignorance due to being close minded
13) If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go? Anywhere- well, then I’d just do a world tour!
14) Where would you retire to? Beach house :)
15) Favorite sport to watch? Not a big sports person, but if I watch anything it’s football.

17) Are you a morning person or a night person? night owl all the way
18) Pets? Just one dog, Sepia, and a fish tank. I miss having kitties though.
19) What did you want to be when you grew up? Archaeologist, National Geographic photographer, teacher, singer, actor
20) What is your favorite flower? Daisies or hibiscus
21) What are you listening to right now? I left iTunes playing after I shuffled it. haha
22) What was the last thing you ate? Chicken Alfredo
23) The first person you spoke to on the phone today? One of my bridal clients! :)
24) Coke or Pepsi? I don’t drink it often, but Coke all the way!
25) Favorite restaurant? Campeche Bay or La Nopalera if I can’t get to the beach.
26) Real hair color? a brown
27) What was your favorite toy as a child? BARBIES! I was in the Barbie fan club. hahahaha
28) Summer or winter? summer
29) Chocolate or vanilla? mmmmm- it depends on what it is.
30) How many years at your current job? 4- and loving every minute of it!
31) What was your last job? District Manager for a womens’ retailer.

33) What is the furthest you have traveled North, South, East and West? N- Chicago, S- Key West, E- Charlotte, NC , W- Tokyo, Japan
34) What are you most afraid of? Something happening to my son. I also hate to think of something happening to me before he is older.
35) Best day of your life? Well, I’m supposed to say the day my son was born. But, considering I spent the majority of it in labor, the second day of his life was much better. ;)
36) Worst day of your life? The day my daddy died.
37) Favorite sound? My son’s laugh. And, when he says “I love you, Mama.”
38) Do you remember your dreams? I usually remember them and other people are surprised.
39) Beatles or Rolling Stones? The Stones are great, but The Beatles are IT. :)
40) What kind of cell phone do you carry? iPhone and I don’t know how I ever lived without it!
